Do you offer delivery?

We are happy to accommodate delivery requests whenever feasible. If you’re interested in delivery, please inform us by using the submission form or sending an email to catering[at]eatatbibis.com. Please be aware that delivery orders will incur a $15-$40 delivery charge, depending on the delivery location.

Is a Catering Order Possible with Less Than 48 Hours’ Notice?

Our commitment to freshness requires meticulous preparation – from slow-cooking proteins to hand-dicing veggies. Though we prefer 48 hours, if you’re in a pinch, reach out to catering[at]eatatbibis.com, and we’ll strive to work it out!

What's included in your catering packages?

In addition to our mouthwatering meals, we also provide serving essentials like bowls, cutlery, and napkins, available upon request (additional cost applies for serving utensils).

Navigating Dietary Restrictions?

Rest easy. Our dishes come clearly labelled, catering to various dietary needs – be it vegan, halal, gluten-free, and more. For any specific inquiries or clarifications, don’t hesitate to get in touch at catering[at]eatatbibis.com.

What is your food packaged in and how do I dispose of it?

Great question! Our dishes come in aluminum trays which not only maintain the right temp, but they’re also ready to hop right into your blue bin after a quick rinse. Those sauces you love? They’re in recyclable plastic containers. Once you’ve licked them clean (we won’t judge), you can toss them into the blue bin or give them a second life with a good wash. Now, the fun part: Our plates, bowls, napkins, and cutlery? Mother Earth loves them! Plates &. bowls are whipped up from sugar cane, napkins are eco-friendly with 100% post-consumer recycled paper, and our cutlery is all about that bamboo goodness. However, a small heads-up – our serving utensils missed the eco memo and are plastic, but they can be washed and reused. Thanks for helping us keep things green! 🌍💚

I ordered two trays of a certain item, but it looks like I only received one. Why?

At BiBi’s, we’re committed to reducing waste wherever possible. If you’ve ordered multiple trays of the same item, we may consolidate them into one larger tray. Rest assured, everything is measured by weight, so you’ll still receive the exact quantities you ordered—just in a more eco-friendly package!

What is the nature contribution option on the order form?

Through our partnership with the Cool Climate Club (CCC) and Canada’s Forest Trust, your contribution supports the growth of BiBi’s Smart Forest — a long-term reforestation initiative right here in Canada.

The Cool Climate Club is a nature-based solution that helps businesses take real, measurable climate action. They provide turnkey climate tools that integrate seamlessly into corporate sustainability strategies, engage employees, and resonate strongly with younger, climate-conscious audiences.

By opting in, you or your organization can add either a small dollar amount or a percentage of your order toward planting new trees. Your contribution directly supports biodiversity, carbon capture, and the expansion of Canada’s forest canopy.

This option is especially valuable for organizations with:
