Fill out the catering form below with your event details, headcount, and what you're looking to order. We require 48 hours notice for all orders.
We confirm & prepare
Our team reviews your order, confirms the details, and prepares everything fresh in-house on the day of your event. No shortcuts, no reheating.
Pickup or delivery
Pick up from our kitchen at 1155 Lola St., or we deliver to your location. Everything arrives packed, labelled, and ready to serve.
Each tray feeds 8–10 people. Includes plates, napkins & cutlery.

Do you offer delivery?
Yes — we're happy to accommodate delivery whenever feasible. Let us know in your catering request or email us at catering@eatatbibis.com. A delivery fee applies based on location.
Can I place an order with less than 48 hours' notice?
We generally require 48 hours to ensure everything is made fresh — from slow-cooked proteins to hand-diced veggies. That said, if you're in a pinch, reach out to catering@eatatbibis.com and we'll do our best to make it work.
What's included with a catering order?
All catering orders include bowls, cutlery, and napkins upon request at no extra charge. Serving utensils are available for an additional $8.00.
How do you handle dietary restrictions?
All dishes arrive clearly labelled with dietary information — vegan, halal, gluten-free, contains dairy, and so on. For specific allergy concerns or custom requirements, include them in your order notes or email catering@eatatbibis.com directly.
What is your packaging made of — and how do I dispose of it?
We try to keep things as green as possible. Here's the breakdown:
- Trays: Aluminum — rinse and recycle in your blue bin
- Sauce containers: Recyclable plastic — blue bin after use, or wash and reuse
- Plates & bowls: Made from sugar cane — compostable
- Napkins: 100% post-consumer recycled paper
- Cutlery: Bamboo
- Serving utensils: Plastic — washable and reusable
I ordered two trays of the same item but only received one. Why?
We consolidate duplicate tray orders into one larger tray to reduce packaging waste. Everything is measured by weight, so you're getting exactly what you ordered — just in a more eco-friendly format.
What is the nature contribution option on the order form?
Through our partnership with Cool Climate Club and Canada's Forest Trust, your contribution supports BiBi's Smart Forest — a long-term reforestation initiative right here in Canada.
You can add a small dollar amount or a percentage of your order toward planting new trees. Your contribution directly supports biodiversity, carbon capture, and Canada's forest canopy — and you'll receive a clear impact summary to share internally or use toward sustainability reporting.
