METHOD 1: FRIED ON STOVETOP
Step 1: Pour canola (or vegetable) oil to cover about 1 inch of a non-stick skillet. Warm it up to a toasty 350°F.
Step 2: Use a 1 oz cookie scoop to shape those perfect falafel balls.
Step 3: Gently slide the falafels into the sizzling oil. When they don a rich, medium brown coat (roughly 1.5 – 2 mins each side), they’re asking to be flipped.
Step 4: Once crisped to perfection, lift the falafels onto a paper towel. A pinch of salt for that extra oomph!
Step 5: Dig in and savour the flavour!
METHOD 2 : BAKED IN OVEN
Step 1: Crank up your oven to 375°F and lay out some parchment paper on a baking sheet.
Step 2: Mold that falafel mix into delightful little patties.
Step 3: Let them luxuriate in the oven for about 10 minutes on each side. If they’re flaunting a thicker look, give them an extra minute or two to achieve perfection.
Step 4: Once they’re golden and tempting, take them out and sprinkle with that magic touch of salt.

Tips & Tricks:
For an extra crisp edge, you can brush a tiny bit of olive oil on the top of each patty before baking.
